E2 Distributors

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 2026. These terms describe website use, orders, payment authorization, delivery, cancellations, returns, credit reporting, disputes, identity theft, and account servicing.

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the E2 Distributors website, your product orders, your payment arrangement, your account, and any purchase, payment, authorization, delivery, or servicing documentation accepted by you electronically, verbally, or in writing.

E2 Distributors may offer rent-to-own, installment, layaway-style, pre-payment, membership, product-benefit, promotional, or other flexible purchase programs. The exact terms that apply to your order will be shown in your order confirmation, checkout disclosures, sales receipt, payment authorization, or account agreement.

By submitting an order, making a payment, creating an account, clicking an acceptance box, signing electronically, accepting terms verbally, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and any additional disclosures provided to you.

2. Product Orders and Payment Plans

Some products may require a down payment, activation payment, recurring weekly payment, or other scheduled payment before shipment or delivery.

Payment examples shown on the website are estimates. Final down payment, weekly payment, taxes, fees, delivery charges, and account terms may vary based on product, account status, state law, availability, verification, and account review requirements.

You agree to make all required payments on time. Failure to make required payments may delay shipment, cancel promotional benefits, change delivery eligibility, or place your account in default, subject to applicable law.

3. Pre-Payment, Layaway, and Shipment Eligibility

If your order is structured as a pre-payment, layaway-style, or shipment-before-paid-in-full program, you may be required to make consecutive scheduled payments, satisfy a down-payment requirement, provide identity or residence verification, and demonstrate capacity to make payments before shipment.

E2 Distributors may delay shipment until required payments have cleared, verification has been completed, product availability has been confirmed, fraud review is complete, and account conditions have been satisfied.

If a payment is returned, declined, reversed, disputed without proper basis, or otherwise not received, E2 Distributors may require additional verification, additional payment, payment in full, or other account review before shipment.

4. Electronic Payment Authorization

When you provide a debit card, credit card, bank account, ACH authorization, or other payment method, you authorize E2 Distributors and its payment processors to process payments according to the payment schedule accepted by you.

Recurring payment authorization remains in effect until your balance is paid, your account is cancelled, or you revoke authorization in a manner that gives E2 Distributors and its processors a reasonable opportunity to act before the next scheduled payment.

You agree that returned, declined, reversed, chargeback, or failed payments may result in additional charges, delayed shipment, account review, cancellation, default, or collection activity, subject to applicable law and your account documents.

5. Verification and Identity Protection

You represent that all information you provide to E2 Distributors is complete, accurate, current, and not misleading.

E2 Distributors may verify identity, residence, employment, income, payment method ownership, account status, delivery address, fraud indicators, and other information needed to process your order, prevent fraud, service your account, or comply with law.

Verification may include requesting documentation such as government identification, proof of address, payment method confirmation, income documentation, employment documentation, account records, or other account-related information.

6. Delivery and Product Availability

Delivery and shipment dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Products may be shipped after required payments, verification, account review, product availability, fraud review, and any applicable approval conditions are satisfied.

If a product becomes unavailable, E2 Distributors may cancel the order, offer a comparable option, delay shipment, or provide another remedy allowed by your agreement and applicable law.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

You may request cancellation by contacting E2 Distributors at info@e2distributors.com.

Refunds, store credits, cancellations, and returns depend on the status of your order, whether the product has shipped, the condition of the product, manufacturer policies, account documents, and applicable law.

After shipment or delivery, return eligibility may be limited. Product damage, missing parts, misuse, opened packaging, unauthorized repairs, failure to return accessories, or failure to follow return instructions may affect your ability to receive a refund or credit.

8. Default

Subject to applicable law, you may be in default if you fail to make required payments, provide false or incomplete information, violate these Terms, fail verification, misuse the account, reverse authorized payments without proper basis, become subject to insolvency proceedings, or otherwise fail to satisfy your account obligations.

After default, E2 Distributors may delay shipment, cancel an order, terminate account privileges, require payment in full, refer the account for servicing or collection, revoke promotional benefits, or exercise other rights available under your account documents and applicable law.

E2 Distributors may continue to communicate with you about the account, payments, disputes, verification, delivery, cancellation, refunds, collections, or servicing as allowed by law.

9. Fees and Returned Payments

Returned payment fees, failed payment fees, processing fees, delivery fees, taxes, and other charges may apply only as disclosed in your account documents and as allowed by applicable law.

If a payment is returned or reversed, E2 Distributors may require cleared funds before shipment, delivery, account reinstatement, or further servicing.

10. Special Promotions and Rewards

Promotional offers, bonus items, rebates, rewards, discounts, or other incentives may be conditioned on your account remaining current and in good standing.

If your account defaults, is cancelled, is charged back, is refunded, or is otherwise not completed, promotional benefits may be delayed, cancelled, reversed, or added to your balance where allowed by the promotion terms and applicable law.

11. Credit Reporting and Furnisher Notice

E2 Distributors may furnish account information to consumer reporting agencies where permitted by law and your account documents.

Information furnished may include account status, payment history, missed payments, late payments, default status, returned payments, account updates, dispute status, corrections, and other information relating to your account.

If information reported about your account is incomplete or inaccurate, you may submit a dispute directly to E2 Distributors or to a consumer reporting agency. E2 Distributors will review disputes and make corrections where required by law.

12. Negative Information Notice

We may report information about your account to consumer reporting agencies. Late payments, missed payments, returned payments, defaults, or other negative information on your account may be reflected in your consumer report.

This notice may apply before, at the time of, or after the furnishing of negative information, as permitted by applicable law.

13. Identity Theft and Fraud

If you believe an account, payment, purchase, or reported item resulted from identity theft, contact E2 Distributors promptly at info@e2distributors.com.

You may be asked to provide proof of identity, an identity theft report, police report, FTC identity theft affidavit, account details, transaction details, or other supporting documentation needed to investigate the claim.

E2 Distributors may restrict account activity, delay shipment, block further reporting, correct account information, or take other appropriate action when required by law or supported by the investigation.

14. Electronic Communications

By using the website or providing your contact information, you consent to receive account communications electronically where permitted by law.

Electronic communications may include order confirmations, payment reminders, account notices, disclosures, privacy notices, credit reporting notices, dispute responses, delivery notices, marketing messages, and other account servicing communications.

You are responsible for keeping your email address, phone number, mailing address, and payment information current.

15. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, scrape data, reverse engineer website systems, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

E2 Distributors may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features at any time without notice.

16. Force Majeure and Delay in Enforcement

E2 Distributors is not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including supplier delays, payment processor interruptions, shipping delays, severe weather, government action, labor disruption, system failures, cyber incidents, or other events outside its control.

A delay in enforcing any right does not waive that right or any other right.

17. Assignment

E2 Distributors may assign, sell, transfer, or service accounts, receivables, payment rights, contracts, or business assets where permitted by law and account documents.

You may not assign your account or obligations without written permission from E2 Distributors.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, E2 Distributors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from website use, product availability, delivery delays, account servicing, payment processing, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection, credit reporting, privacy, payment, or state law.

19. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact E2 Distributors so the parties can attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Any arbitration, class action waiver, venue, governing law, or court-related provision will apply only if included in a separate account agreement, purchase agreement, or disclosure that is legally enforceable and accepted by you.

Consumers retain non-waivable rights under applicable federal and state law.

20. Changes to These Terms

E2 Distributors may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will not reduce rights required by law. Where required, E2 Distributors will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
